The junior college trip held on the weekend of Friday, February 5 was suspended because the east coast was hit by a snowstorm on the first two days of the trip. The 108 students on the trip were originally scheduled to visit schools in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington D.C., but were unable to travel any further than Philadelphia because driving was too dangerous.
